RETURNS POLICY

Having purchased guitars online for many years, we share our customers' concerns about buying expensive instruments without the experience of hearing them first. We believe our returns policy is as fair and reasonable as you will find anywhere.

  • All of our guitars may be returned within 48 hours of receipt, as long as they have not been damaged or modified in any way.

  • Our guitars are individually inspected and packed prior to shipment to guarantee that they leave our store in pristine condition. That's how they must be returned.

  • Customer must initiate a return process with an email indicating reasons for the return. We will reply with a Return Authorization code which must be included on the return shipping label. Without this code, your return will not be accepted.

  • Sorry, but we do not accept returns on amplifiers or accessories.

  • All items are covered by manufacturer warranties. For any manufacturer defect or failure during the warranty period, item should be returned directly to the manufacturer.

  • All returned items must be insured for at least the full amount of the purchase price. All return shipping costs will be paid by customer.

  • Our original shipping costs will be deducted from customer refund.

Important:
If you are returning an instrument, please repack it in the original case with the original packaging.
